As Front Line Staff, you can use your positive attitude to encourage troubled teens and directly impact their young lives. Working with group of 6-8 teens ages 12-18, you will assist in the care and treatment of troubled teens, assist with off-campus appointments, and provide a positive and effective treatment program. Front Line Staff will also assist clinical staff with parent workshops as well as group and family therapy. Front Line Staff will also assist with off-campus course trips throughout the South. Health and Dental benefits begin after a 90 day probation period. Retirement Plan available after completing one-year of employment. Paid holidays and paid time off.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in Social Sciences, Criminal Justice or Therapeutic Recreation required
- Other degrees considered with experience
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teens
- Must be physically fit and able to participate in activities such as hiking, backpacking, Canoeing etc.
- Ability to relate to all segments of the population
- An understanding of behaviorally disordered teens and their families
- Adequate ability to speak, read and write English
