The elected officers of the Association comprise NATSAP’s Executive Committee. The Committee makes recommendations to the full Board, in some cases may be authorized to make decisions when it is not practicable for the entire Board to do so, and is responsible for the handling performance evaluations of the Executive Director. Additionally, the Committee, under the direction of the Treasurer, will review the annual NATSAP budget for recommendation to the Board, makes recommendations for dues levels in different categories of membership, reviews financial statements and audits, and helps establish pricing structures for NATSAP conferences from time to time.
