GENERAL
Q.Who can attend the Conference?
A.The NATSAP Annual Conference is specifically designed for mental health and allied health professionals of all experience levels. Attendees include program owners, directors, administrators, therapists, educators, and other personnel, plus educational consultants, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, and guidance counselors, among others.
Q. How many attendees do you expect at the NATSAP Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida?
A. We are anticipating 700+ professionals and over 35 exhibiting companies.
A. The Conference will be held at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
A. The Conference begins on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 8:00 AM and ends on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 12:00 noon.
Q. Is Continuing Education Credit available?
A. Yes. Continuing education credit for the Conference is sponsored by The Institute for Continuing Education. Credit is awarded on a session-by-session basis, with full attendance required for the sessions attended. Continuing education contact offered per day: February 9: 4.00 hrs; February 10: 3.00 hrs; February 11: 1.50 hrs. There is no additional fee for continuing education credit verification. Application forms will be available on site.
Q. I would like to locate/message a colleague. How do I do this?
A. Conference attendees can post and receive messages at the hospitality table, located near the registration area.
Q. Where can I check my email?
A. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the hotel check-in lobby area, the pool area and guest rooms.
Q. How can I provide feedback on the Conference?
A. Immediately following the Conference, an electronic survey will be emailed to all attendees.

Q. I would like to bring my child/children to the Conference. Are child care options and activities for children available?
A. The hotel has Camp Dolphin for children (ages 4-12). There are numerous Camp Dolphin adventures for the kids. Activities include seasonal Arts & Crafts, Nintendo Game Cube, Wii, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, X-BOX 360, arcade games, interactive games, books, dinner & dessert at a resort restaurant, and a Disney movie! A. Registration includes admission to all Conference sessions, exhibits, and networking reception, meals, printed brochure, tote bag, and conference name badge.

Q. What is included in the Exhibitor Registration fee?
A. Each Exhibitor may register two individuals per booth at no additional charge which will provide access to all conference sessions and meals. Additional exhibitor representatives may be registered for a fee of $170 per person. If there are additional ticketed events, each vendor representative must pay separately for those activities.

Q. When is the Early Bird attendee registration deadline?
A.Tuesday, December 20, 2011
Q. Is there a cut-off date for registration?
A. Yes. The last day for pre-registration is Friday, January 20, 2012.
Q. What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A. Cancellations received in writing via e-mail, FAX or postal service no later than 7 days prior to the conference start date will be issued a refund of 80% of the conference registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.

Q. How do I make my hotel reservation?

Q. What is the deadline for making a hotel reservation?
A. Reservation requests for NATSAP will be accepted through Saturday, January 14, 2012 or until the block is sold out. We highly recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible.
Q. Is smoking allowed at the resort?
A. No. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is a non-smoking resort with smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Q. Is there a health club facility available?
A. Yes. In the Dolphin wing, the Health Club is located on the first floor, west side. It is open daily from 6:00a.m. – 9:00p.m. In the Swan wing, the Health Club is located by the pool area. It is open daily from 6:00a.m. – 9:00p.m.
Q. What is the charge for using the health club?
A. Use of the Health Club is included in the Resort Service Fee and is available for guests age 16 and older.
Q. Is there a spa available at the hotel?
A. Yes. The Mandara Spa is located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin. If you would like to make a reservation, please call 407-934-4772 or click here to reserve online.
Q. Does the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin offer disabilities and special need assistance for attendees and visitors? If so, who should I contact?

Q. Does the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin allow pets at the hotel?
A. Pets are not allowed at the Swan or Dolphin wings with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. However, there are 5 kennels at the Walt Disney World® Resort. One kennel is located at each of the main theme parks and there is also a kennel at Fort Wilderness. No reservations are required, and the cost is just $6 per day and $11 per day for overnight use.
