Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin
The NATSAP Annual Conference will take place at the award-winning Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel (1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830). The hotel features the new Mandara Spa, 17 restaurants and lounges, five pools, a white sand beach, two health clubs, tennis, nearby golf and many special Disney benefits. The conference will be held in the conference space of the Swan Hotel. NATSAP has reserved a block of discounted rooms at the Swan Hotel for your convenience during the 2012 Annual Conference.

Rates: Single/Double Occupancy: $209 plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%). These rates are available three days prior and three days after the meeting dates.

After submitting your reservation request with the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, you will be able to add your name to our “Waiting List” to be notified in case a room becomes available.

Airline Discounts
NATSAP has negotiated discount airfare rates for conference attendees with Delta and AirTran. View the details below.
Delta
Delta Conference attendees receive a 2-10% discount on Delta airfares depending on when flight arrangements are made. The discount is applicable to base-fare flights greater than $125. Round-trip travel is required.

AirTran
AirTran Airways Conference attendees receive a 10% discount on the lowest available AirTran Airways one-way fare. Reservations booked through a travel agent or the internet will not qualify for the 10% discount.
