Masters/PhD Therapist

Open Sky Wilderness is seeking a full-time Masters or PhD level therapist to join our holistic wilderness therapy program for young adults and adolescents based in Durango, CO. Responsibilities include: serving as treatment team leader for a caseload of young adult and adolescent clients; providing individual, group and family therapy; facilitating weekly calls with parents and referral sources; providing clinical training and support to field guides; marketing, including travel to national conferences 3-4x/year; working 2 days in the field (1 overnight) and 2 days in the office.  Qualifications: Masters/PhD therapist licensed or able to be licensed in UT and CO. Prior experience: clinical work with adolescents/young adults and families; outdoor experience; openness to mindfulness aspects of program; presentation skills. Must have passion for clinical assessment, working with adolescents, young adults and families, and for working as a member of a treatment team.
