Innercept is seeking a manager to oversee multiple sites of a Therapeutic Residential Treatment Program. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for working with Adolescents and Young Adults in a holistic environment.
Responsibilities:
- The Program Manager will be responsible for the over-all function and operation of their respective location(s) including but not limited to:
- Supervision, training and development of 7-10 employees.
- Coordination and execution of resident treatment plans and program values.
Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and procedures. - Facilitate effective communication between employees, residents, parents, peers and management.
- Applicants must possess a high level of patience, excellent inter-personal skills and a desire to engage and interact closely with our resident population.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass Health and Welfare Background Check/ Drug and TB screening test.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years of experience managing multiple employees, locations, and clients.
- Previous experience working in a Behavioral Health Treatment Facility or counseling adolescents and/or young adults in a group atmosphere.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
Physical Requirements:
- The mobility and ability to bend and reach during an eight-hour day.
- The visual and auditory acuity sufficient to evaluate information and maintain accurate records.
- The ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
- The ability to participate in wellness programs with residents that include exercise programs or outdoor activities.
