Teen suicide rates are up 70-77% since 2006. Mass shootings are increasing at an alarming rate. Hope for the future can be difficult to hold on to. However, life has led each of us to a place where we can make a difference. And each of us has a tool that can aid us in our efforts. We're all born with the ability to communicate, lead and influence through nonverbal communication.

Jeff Baird, certified body language trainer, will share the following: 1) How to Recognize Emotions In Others To Better Understand Their Feeling And What They're Communicating And 2) How To Present Ourselves In A Way That Will Build Trust And Influence With Those We Serve.
